This explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can do about it.

Who we are

What we collect

• From our enquiry form: your name, mobile number, email address, your trade, and your town or county.
• If you email or phone us: whatever you choose to tell us, and our record of the conversation.
• Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include your IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
• If you become a client: business details, billing details, and the content you give us for your website.

We do not collect special category data, and we do not ask for it. Please don't send it to us.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to anyone outside the list below.

• Formspree — receives and forwards our enquiry form submissions.
• Vercel — hosts this website and keeps the server logs described above.
• Google — this site loads its fonts from Google's servers, which means your IP address is sent to Google when the page loads.
• Stripe — if you become a paying client, for handling payments. We never see or store your full card details.
• Google Ads — if you become a client, we run your campaigns through our Google Ads manager account.

We may also disclose data where we're legally required to.

Transfers outside the EU

Formspree, Vercel, Google and Stripe are US-based. Those transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that don't become clients: up to 12 months, then deleted.
• Client records: for as long as you're a client, and for 6 years afterwards where we need to keep them for tax and accounting purposes.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own. There is currently no analytics, no advertising pixel and no tracking on it.

If we add anything that does set cookies — Google Ads conversion tracking or analytics, for example — we will ask for your consent before it loads, and update this page.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to have it transferred to someone else. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

If you're not happy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission — dataprotection.ie, 01 765 0100.

Automated decisions

We don't make any automated decisions about you, and we don't profile you.

If you're a client of ours

Where we build and run a website for your business, enquiries from your customers are your data, not ours. You are the data controller for them and we act as your processor — we only handle that data to run the service for you.

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page.
