Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 September 2026
These are the terms on which we provide our service. Plain English, and the whole of it — nothing hidden in small print.
1.Who we are
TradeLeads is a trading name of Sean Grecu, a sole trader based in Ireland.
16 Bothar Waithman, Ballybane, Galway, H91 K5KF, Ireland

2.Who these terms apply to
These terms apply between us and you as a business. You're engaging us in the course of your trade, so this is a business-to-business arrangement and consumer cancellation rights don't apply. Our cancellation terms are in section 9 and they're straightforward.
3.What we provide
- A website for your business, built, hosted and maintained by us.
- Google Ads campaigns, written and managed by us.
- Your Google Business Profile and local search presence set up and looked after.
- A tracked phone number with missed-call text-back.
- A one-page report each month.
What's included is what's listed on our website at the time you sign up. If we change what's included, it doesn't change what you're already getting.
4.One client per trade, per area
While you're with us, we won't take on another client in your trade in your area. If you leave, that exclusivity ends and we're free to take someone else on.
5.Fees, ad budget and payment
- Your management fee is the monthly amount agreed when you sign up. If you came on as a founding client at a locked rate, that rate stays for as long as you stay with us.
- Your ad budget is billed together with your management fee as one monthly payment. We take no margin on it — your ad budget goes to your advertising, not to us.
- You choose your ad budget, and you can raise or lower it at any time by telling us.
- Payment is monthly in advance, by card through Stripe.
- If a payment fails or isn't made, we may pause your campaigns until it's sorted. We're not required to fund your advertising out of our own pocket.
- We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to our fees. If that changes, we'll tell you before it applies to you.
6.Our guarantee
You'll see your finished website before you pay us anything. Once you're signed up, if your site isn't live within 7 days of us having everything we need from you, your first month's management fee is free.
7.What we need from you
To build your site we need your details, your photos and anything else specific to your business, plus reasonably prompt answers when we ask you something. The 7 days in section 6 runs from the point we have what we need.
You're responsible for the accuracy of what you tell us to publish. Claims about your insurance, qualifications, experience, guarantees or past work go on your site on your say-so. We won't knowingly publish anything untrue, and if we're told something is inaccurate we'll take it down.
8.Google Ads
We run your campaigns through our own Google Ads manager account, so there's nothing for you to set up or log into. Google sets its own prices and its own policies. What a click costs, how much competition there is, and whether Google approves a particular ad are outside our control. Google can also suspend or reject ads under policies of its own.
9.Cancelling
- Month to month. Either of us can end it with 30 days' written notice — email is fine.
- We don't refund the month you're in, and we'll keep the service running to the end of it.
- The website is yours. When you leave we'll hand over your site files and help you point your domain wherever you want it.
- Some things can't come with you: our Google Ads account structure, our own tooling, and phone numbers provided through third-party services, which may not be transferable.
10.What we don't promise
We can't guarantee a particular number of leads, calls, jobs or euro of revenue, a particular position in Google's results, or a particular cost per lead. Nobody honestly can — it depends on your trade, your area, your competition, your pricing and how you handle the enquiries you get.
Any figures or examples shown on our website are illustrative, not a promise of results.
11.Data protection
We both comply with the GDPR. How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Enquiries that come in through your website are your customers' data. You are the data controller for them, and we act as your processor — we only handle that data in order to run the service for you.
12.Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't lawfully be excluded.
Otherwise, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the management fees you paid us during that period. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of anticipated savings.
We're not liable for third-party platforms outside our control — Google, our hosting provider or our payment provider — being unavailable, changing their policies or pricing, or suspending an account.
13.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects an existing client, we'll give 30 days' notice before it applies to you.
14.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
